Hillview, Pottery Road, Dun Laoghaire and formerly of Avoca, Co. Wicklow. March 20th 2022 BYRNE (Hillview, Pottery Road, Dun Laoghaire and formerly of Avoca, Co. Wicklow) – March 20th 2022 suddenly but peacefully at home. William (Willie), dearly beloved husband of Mary, devoted dad of Marie, Lorraine and William, cherished grandfather of Yasmin, Darragh, Ryan, Sophie and Charlie. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, son, sons-in-law Jim and John, daughter-in-law Evelyn, grandchildren, sisters Susie, Ellie, Bridie, Eva and Lucy, brother-in-law Pat, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends especially Ronnie, predeceased by his brothers John and Peter. May he rest in peace. Family flowers only please. Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin on Wednesday (March 23rd) from 4pm until 6pm. Removal on Thursday (March 24th) to the Church of the Holy Family, Kill-o’-the-Grange arriving for 10.45am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W arriving for 1pm committal service.
