Ballybrack, Co. Dublin. 1st June 2021 CROWLEY (Ballybrack, Co. Dublin) – June 1st 2021 (peacefully) surrounded by his family and in the wonderful care of the Doctors and Nurses in I.C.U. at St. Vincent’s University Hospital after a long illness bravely borne. John (Shane); dearly beloved husband of Bridie, much loved father of Lyndsay, Shane and Niall and devoted grandad to Jamie, Alex and Andrew. Sadly missed by his loving wife, children, son-in-law Paul, grandchildren, sister Martina, brothers Jim, Teddy and Pat, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Also remembering with love his late brother Michael and sister Brigid. "Safe in the arms of Jesus" Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Purple House, Bray. Donations can be made on line at www.purplehouse.ie Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, a private funeral will take place on Saturday (June 5th) at 11am in St. Anne’s Church, Shankill followed by interment at Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.
