Sligo) – December 29th 2021 (peacefully) surrounded by his family at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. James (Jimmy); dearly beloved husband and best friend of Maura, much loved father of Philip, Garrett, Damien and Brian, predeceased by his brothers and sisters Daniel, Bridget, Mary and Paddy. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters-in-law Beth, Pauline, Ann and Lynn, grandchildren Adam, Abbie, Niamh, Clodagh, Cian, Eoin and Orla, his brothers Liam, John and Eamon, sister Mairead, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends. Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan and Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin (opp. Sallynoggin Church) on Sunday (Jan 2nd) from 2pm to 4pm (face covering and hand sanitising strict guidelines in place). Removal on Monday morning to the Church of the Apostles, Willow Vale, Ballybrack arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium arriving for 12.15pm Committal Service.
